Lingua Franca AVNI Chardonnay

A light, lean Chardonnay with barely a hint of colour to it. Notes of smoky flint, petrichor, and a touch of candied lemon peel open the aromatics. The palate offers understated depth and complexity, particularly when given time in the glass. The wine opens up to offer honey and ginger spice, cardamom, flint and lean citrus fruit pith; the finish is long and languid.
