Domaine du Pegau Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is made from a blend of 60% Clairette, 20% Grenache Blanc, 10% Bourboulenc, and 10% Roussanne. Aged in steel tanks, the production is approximately 250-300 cases per year.

Evoking aromas of herbs, fresh white fruits, spring flowers and jasmine, the 2023 Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc Cuvée Réservée from Domaine du Pégaü possesses a medium to full-bodied, round and enveloping palate with bright acids and an incisive, elegant mid-palate that concludes with a long, ethereal, fruity finish. This fresh, vibrant white wine is composed of 60% Clairette, 20% Grenache Blanc, 10% Bourboulenc and 10% Roussanne, all matured for eight months in stainless steel. Drink 2024-2032.
